Purchases

Deepbluescuba.org's online Return and Refund Policy is simple and direct. You may return any new, unused merchandise in its original packaging with all manuals and paper work for a refund excluding shipping fees within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy does not apply to special orders or non-stocking items. Some orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Trips

Payment Policy:

When signing up for trips, Deep Blue Adventures will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit. Trips must be paid in full 60 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise told something different.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to sell your spot. Deep Blue Adventures will, however may collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will most likely not be refunded.
