Purchases

Deepbluescuba.org's online Return and Refund Policy is simple and direct. You may return any new, unused merchandise in its original packaging with all manuals and paper work for a refund excluding shipping fees within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy does not apply to special orders or non-stocking items. Some orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Trips

Payment Policy:

When signing up for an international trip, Deep Blue Adventures will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit. For some international destinations, Deep Blue Adventures will set up a monthly payment plan. International trips must be paid in full 90 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. Deep Blue Adventures will, however, collect a $200 cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. All refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.

If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
